degen-larp is a SIMULATION PLATFORM ONLY. All trading activities are simulated for educational and practice purposes. No real money, no deposits, no withdrawals, and no withdrawable value are involved at any point. This platform does not provide financial advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using degen-larp (the “Service”), a Telegram bot operated by degen-larp (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

degen-larp provides a simulated trading environment for educational purposes. The Service offers:

  • Simulated trading with live market data (no real monetary value)
  • Real-time token prices, liquidity, and volume from DexScreener and Jupiter
  • A Telegram bot interface that mirrors on-chain trading flow
  • Portfolio tracking and performance analytics

The Service is completely free. There are no paid tiers, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the simulation
  • Not use automated tools, scripts, or bots without permission
  • Understand this is an educational simulation only
  • Not misrepresent your identity or purpose of use

5. No Financial Advice

degen-larp does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All content, data, and features are for educational and practice purposes only. Past simulated performance does not guarantee future real-world results. Always consult with qualified financial advisors before making real investment decisions.

6. No Real Money

There is no real money involved in degen-larp. All trades, balances, and portfolio values are purely simulated. You cannot deposit real money, withdraw real money, or convert simulated value into real currency or any form of withdrawable value. The Service explicitly has no:

  • Deposits or payments
  • Withdrawals or cash-outs
  • Rewards, airdrops, or incentive programs
  • NFT minting or token issuance
  • Real asset custody or transfer

7. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service, including your Telegram user ID and trading activity within the simulation. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Data

The Service displays live market data fetched from third-party providers including DexScreener, Jupiter, and GeckoTerminal. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. All third-party data is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, degen-larp and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Because the Service involves no real money, you cannot incur financial loss through its use.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, third-party API limitations, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of degen-larp, including but not limited to the bot interface, branding, and design, are owned by degen-larp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing interaction with the Telegram bot.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
